The Littelfuse 0157005.DR is a 5A, 125VAC/VDC very fast-acting board mount fuse from the 157 Series. It has a breaking capacity of 50A at rated voltage and a nominal melting I²t of 5.566 A²s. The cold resistance is 0.0127Ω at 23°C. The fuse is housed in a 2-SMD square end block with clip package, designed for surface mount assembly with a holder, allowing easy field replacement without desoldering.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free, and carries cULus and PSE agency approvals. The fuse is compatible with Pb-free solder alloys and lead-free assembly profiles. Typical applications include instrumentation, base stations, and telecommunications equipment.
