The Schurter 0031.5001 is a single-circuit fuseholder block designed for 5x20mm cartridge fuses. It features a chassis mount configuration with solder lug terminals, making it suitable for permanent installations in control panels and power distribution equipment.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 10A and a voltage rating of 600VAC/DC. The fuseholder accepts a power acceptance of 3.2W at 23°C ambient temperature. Contact resistance is ≤10 mΩ at 100 mA, dielectric strength exceeds 3 kV between live parts, and insulation resistance is >10 MΩ at 500 VDC.
The housing is made of thermoplastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and the cover is transparent thermoplastic. Contacts are copper alloy with tin plating. The unit weighs 3.62 g and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is solderable via iron soldering at 350°C for 2 seconds, with resistance to soldering heat at 350°C for 10 seconds.
