The Schurter 0031.1081 is a panel mount fuseholder designed for 5x20mm cartridge fuses. It is rated for 10A at 250VAC (VDE and UL/CSA). The holder features a shock-safe category PC2 design and offers a degree of protection of IP40 (front) / IP54 (with cap).
Electrical characteristics include dielectric strength greater than 3kV between live parts, insulation resistance ≥10MΩ at 500VDC, and contact resistance ≤10mΩ. The admissible ambient temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The socket and cap are made of thermoplastic with UL 94V-0 rating, and terminals are copper alloy with tin plating.
Mounting is panel mount from the front side with a fixing nut (max torque 1.2Nm). Termination is solder lug. The unit weight is 6.15g. The product is suitable for appliances with protection class I per IEC 61140. Approvals include UL (UR File E39328) and VDE (Certificate 40046093).
