<p>The ESD7102BT1G is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It offers ultra-low capacitance of 0.3 pF typical between I/O and ground, making it suitable for high-speed differential pairs such as USB 3.0 and HDMI. The device provides ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical characteristics include a reverse working voltage of 5 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 16.5 V at 1 mA, and a typical clamping voltage of 30 V. The dynamic resistance is 1.5 Ω typical, and the insertion loss is only 0.1 dB at 1 GHz. The device is housed in a compact SC-75 (SOT-416) surface-mount package with a flow-through design for easy PCB layout and matched trace lengths.</p><p> </p><p>The ESD7102BT1G is Pb-Free and RoHS3 compliant, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This diode is ideal for protecting voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications (automotive qualified version SZESD7102 available).</p>
