It features extremely low forward voltage to reduce conduction loss, with a maximum forward voltage of 380 mV at 1 mA, 500 mV at 10 mA, and 1 V at 40 mA.</p><p> </p><p>This device has a maximum reverse voltage of 40 V and a forward continuous current rating of 120 mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 1 µA at 25 V. Total capacitance is 5 pF maximum at 1 V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high frequency applications.</p><p> </p><p>The BAS40-04LT1G is housed in a miniature SOT-23 (TO-236) surface mount package, ideal for handheld and portable applications where space is limited.
