<p>The BAP70-04W is a silicon PIN diode from NXP Semiconductors, featuring two planar PIN diodes in a series configuration within an SOT323 small SMD plastic package. It is designed for high-voltage current control in RF attenuators and switches.</p><p> </p><p>Key electrical specifications include a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 50V, a maximum continuous forward current of 100mA, and a maximum total power dissipation of 260mW. The diode offers a low capacitance of 0.3pF at 20V and 1MHz, and a forward resistance of 1.9Ω at 100mA and 100MHz. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.</p><p> </p><p>The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications.
