<p>The Kitronik 5106 is a temperature sensor breakout board designed for easy integration into electronic projects. It utilizes the NCT75-D temperature sensor IC, which provides high accuracy temperature measurements with a resolution of 0.0625°C. The sensor communicates via the I2C interface and supports up to 8 device addresses, allowing multiple sensors on the same bus.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The board operates from a supply voltage of 3V to 5.5V and draws a supply current of 0.44mA to 0.8mA. It features a configurable over-temperature alarm output (OS/ALRT) that can be programmed for various threshold settings. The sensor offers accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 70°C, ±2°C from -25°C to 100°C, and ±3°C from -55°C to 125°C.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The breakout board includes three address pins (A0, A1, A2) that can be set to Vcc or GND to select one of eight I2C addresses. The board is supplied as a bare PCB with headers, ready for connection to microcontrollers like Arduino. The operating ambient temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.</p>
