The on-resistance is as low as 7.5 mOhm at Vgs = 10V and 10 mOhm at Vgs = 4.5V, reducing conduction losses. With input capacitance of 6234 pF and total gate charge of 126.2 nC, it supports efficient switching.

The MOSFET is ideal for battery power management in notebooks, DC-DC converters, and load switch applications. It includes ESD HBM protection up to 1kV. The device is housed in a PowerDI5060-8 (8-PowerTDFN) surface mount package with a compact profile under 1.1mm, suitable for thin applications. It weighs approximately 0.097 grams and features 100% matte tin annealed terminals over a copper leadframe, with a green molding compound rated UL 94V-0.
